hey all , this might be a stupid question and one which has been answered already.i know finnaly alll bbc channels will be FTA. but i cant seem to find out when!??. Sometimes i hear it's May .. then it's end of june.... now i know The Regions are launching at a different time to the main bbc chanels like News 24. So could…

hey all ,
