    Well, when you take Bizmark's case where he has been waiting 4 weeks since receive his password and user name, it doesn't seem that silly.

    I know Sloth took this aproach with Netsource when they gave him a fault service and it worked. When i say spam emails i don't mean porn but repeated complains containing links to "Has anyone got IOL yet?" thread.

    Comeon, after four weeks of waiting which is well over the 12 days, Bizmark was told another 3-5 working days and that his modem won't but sent out till after that. No connection date, no nothing.

    They just wanted us to sign the contract fast so we can't go else where but now they can't deliver
