    is der ANYWHERE in dublin that sell drum sheet music, like the oficial stuff coz drum tabs are so wrong and crappy and just for n00bs so can any1 tell me where there is sheet music for drums, and i mean real songs of rock or metal bands dat are well known

    have you tried opus II on georges' street just up from waltons they specialise in sheet music dunno if they do drums though i say they do

    I don't think printd drum tabs are popular or even available because most drummers just learn by listening and listening and trying and listening some more. Just try the tabs on the net and change them if they don't sound right. IMO, drum tabs are going to make drummers lazier and more uninventive than by learning by listening. I know that's happened to me with the guitar.

    As with any Instrument, learn techniques and how to apply them to songs, and you will learn the songs easy. Tabs should only be used for reference and not a guide how to play.

    I agree here. Years ago, I bought drum tabs to master of puppets by Metallica - the whole album. Pointless. I'd pore over a song for ****in ages...
    When I simply decided to sit at the kit and play by ear, I'd have the song nailed in twenty minutes.

    Don't bother with tabs, use your ear like all good musicians should be able to do....
