    Natural Yoghurt.

    1. Assume Horizontal position in front of telly.

    2. Have nearest, attractive, non-relative female lovingly lather your back in natural yoghurt.

    3. Laze around in the relieving glory

It smells, but it's worth it.

    :)

A more common method is using aftersun. You'll get it in any chemist! :p Also there is this Aloe Vera Gel that actually numbs the skin so it doesn't hurt so much. Not entirely sure if you can get it in Ireland anymore but I used it when I was away and it rocked!

The top of my hair and neck is burned - and I have hair on my head! Exactly how did that happen? and how can I cure it? I obviously can't put yogurt or aftersun in my hair, can I?

You think you have it bad! The sun has the worst reactions with me...apart from the back of my neck being burning hot, my hair dye went mad... Instead of my hair being dark blue, its now blue, fair, green, blonde and white when the sun hits it.

I use Calomile lotion if I burnt I find it great for taking the heat and sting out of it, helps it heal quickly too.

i have no yoghurt, no attractive non-relative females, no aftersun, no aloe vera numbing gel or no surgeon in the vacinity :( it's going to be one of those awkward nights try to sleep. i could tackle all the cider in my fridge and get drunk. i hate drinking on my own :( i'll have to live through it :( damn sunshine

Aloe Vera Gel is the best....Place it in the frige for about an hour then rub it all over....You'll feel much better after a bit.

i think covering yourself with a cool refreshing bottle of naked women would help... and if it does'nt who cares your're covered in naked ladies.

Try equal parts of: mustard, linseed oil, cat urine and a pickled dill!

Well if you're stupid enough to go outside while covered in yoghurt then you deserve to be swarmed by insects :)

How did you survive the night Mossy? Still in one piece? I got burnt yesterday too, on just my left shoulder, so it looks weird. I was on the train from Lansdowne to Greystones and was standing in the doorway with my shoulder at the window. Got cremated!

have you tried getting rid of the sunburned areas with a wire brush and some dettol?

You shouldn't have gotten drunk, it's important to be properly hydrated if you've sunburn or heatstroke - keep drinking plenty of water and maybe splash some water on the sunburn itself.
