Email customer service of whatever company you are connected to and ask them to hook you up to gprs. Thats what i did anyway. I pressume you were never connected before, this being the issue. On the o2 website there is a package that you txt (for free) to yourself, that when you open it, it sets you up. It didn't work at that time, wheither it works now i dunno but anyway if you emil them they'll do it for you.
