Surely they can't just void the warranties which that came with their cars ? wasn't there other garages involved in the servicing of the cars they sold ?

from what i could find out, basically the only thing still in force is the payments! Bank of Scotland are the financiers (FINAX), they still take the payments, but there is no warranty, no breakdown service, no trade in etc.....
I'm going to talk to a solicitor this week, will post the advise......:mad:

According to the CRO car finance direct ltd is still an operating company. It is being a bold company they are late filing their annual return for 2003.
