Win an Elk Competition !

"How the Elk got to The Games" is an entertaining journey through Irish myth, folklore and wildlife, as seen through the eyes of 'Kevin', the last of the Great Irish Elk. Written by Denis Goodbody and illustrated by Padhraig Nolan, the story is designed to be read aloud or for older children to read for themselves. All royalties from the book go to raise funds for the 2003 Special Olympics.

Illustratorsireland.com have three copies of this rollicking ten-thousand-year journey through Irish folklore to give away, signed by both author and illustrator. You can enter the competition by visiting the Illustrators Guild of Ireland website at:
