Does anyone here like the Harry Palmer film series?

Saw the ipcress file and thought it was an overrated pile of poo TBH. Haven't seen the sequels so can't comment on them but presumably they're worse?

I've seen (more than once) the origonal trilogy of Ipcress File,
Funeral In Berlin and Billion Dollar Brain and liked them all, the
last is proberly the worst in terms of solid plotting and the best maybe Funeral In Berlin which is the gloomest of the three.

I understand the two 80s "sequels" were TV junk.

I have to admit to a weakness for Michael Caine flicks though I draw the line with The Swarm! :D

    Mike.
