I've only just started playing with it (still on level 1). Nothing of note yet to show it's new and improved. Mind you I liked TR2 so it's much the same. Is it just me though, or does that Croft chick like offing endangered spieces?(sp)

Is it just me, or _is_ that Croft chick an endangered species?

After all, TR3 is crap. Very obvious that it's unfinished, and the graphics etc. are no better than last years offering, or the year before. The textures could have been drawn with a flippin crayon (all 4 of them).

It's probably the worst release of Xmas, actually. And no, the PlayStation version isn't any better.

Hobbes you are a sad ***** Hobbes you are a sad ***** Hobbes you are a sad ***** Hobbes you are a sad ***** Hobbes you are a sad ***** Hobbes you are a sad *****, anyway Tomb Raider three is absolutley class in my opinion, i hated no. 2 and i think this is way better for some reason i just cant quite make out.

PS

Playing it on the PlayStation neeeeeigh

Wow, you think up that witty reply yourself Damo? Your so cool.

Actually there is nowt so far in TR3 that improves on TR2. They are pretty much the same. I assume you completed TR2 to make that assumption?

TR3 is FULL of bugs, has anybody tried going back through a level? The xmas no. 1 spot was probly more important than the game itself to them. Wait a while and buy it later when the bugs are fixed.

i played tomb raider 2 once at some blokes gaff somewhere in the bog...(i think)
got so fuccking bored after 30 secs of that game that i actually went off and studied the train timetable , had more fun looking at that.
you cant bloody do anything, just walk around shooting dogs or something every 45 mins, and the graphics actually hurt your eyes, they look like theyre actually cardboard cut-outs.
****s sake, even the old commodore 64 games had more graphics/gameplay than this piece of****e
snore,. explore cardboard,.. snore... fall off ledge,.. snore.. take out gun.. mmm cup,of tea.. load pistol,.. mmm sleep,.. look
at dog for 5 mins before realizing its a dog, snore.. are there any tombs in this game?,. snooore....... get stuck on some ledge somewhere, lose all 3 bullets(wow 3!) that you packed with your gun, what will i do now, .. snoore..meeaow(kicks house-owners cat under the sofa), eventually give up the game after spending 30 mins walking around in circles..zzzzz .

oh yeah, to play tomb raider properly you will need a steering wheel and a clutch pedal .

I have only played the demo of TR3 but it looks just the same as TR2(which I did like)and for a sequal that is out 1 year after the previous game its is total crap.It really does seem to be a rush job and what really p*sses me off is the way most of the pc mags still give it top marks and *******s like Damo rave about it.So another s*ite pc game sell's lots of copy's on the name alone.
Thank the almighty god of silicon that their are great games out there like Half life,Zelda64,Sin and Shogo this xmas.

Reminds me of Riven, bought the game because everyone was hyped about Myst (which I never played). Most boring game ever.

Btw, games seem to be coming out 1 to 3 new ones every day in the shop across the road.

Anyone know what F40 is like? Can you play it on the net? Anyone got the new carmeggeon? Anyone here play Heretic 2 yet? (the game is seriously excellent) Is quake.ie gonna put up a H2 server? Do I really care (with my ping

I'd just like to say I agree with Koopa. I just wish I'd had a Train Timetable, Cat or Cup of Tea.

The only good thing about the Tomb Raider series is Lara's tits!
It's OK to say things like this now, cause it's based on a real person
I remember the days of Mario, when everyone had to keep their Princess Daisy obsessions a secret cause she was only a few pixels on a crappy (but highly enjoyable on a wet day) console.
How do I tell them that because of the unfreezing process, I have no inner monologue???
I hope I didn't say that out loud just then...

I know everyone HAS to remember Bubble Bobble, but does anyone remember the sequel, "Rainbow Islands"???

That was a laugh

I must also say, I'm with Draco on this, bring back machines that were run by rubber band or better still ANTS!!! (that was for the Pratchett fans)
