IRC Client For Linux

    Wonder what IRC client do most ppl here use?

    Am using the standard X-Chat installed with RH9 atm, which seems fine for basic usage, did install BitchX but frankly the terminal interface is a bit too much for me as a newbie :(

    Are that any other IRC clients that have a more newbie friendly gui but are more featured than X-Chat?

    I tend not to install X on most of my boxes so i use irssi which is shexy :D

    You could always run mIRC through wine ;)
