Photography at Dun Laoghaire and DIT

I’m wondering if anyone has information about the major differences between the photography degree course at Dun Laoghaire (based on the current diploma course, I guess) compared to DIT?

Given a choice, which would you choose, and why?

    Thanks in advance.
    Norma.

Heya, I did photography in Sallynoggin college last year. DLIADT is purely a diploma course and DIT is degree, but on the sly, DLIADT is better!

Judging from both end of year shows, DIT is more fine-arty (better concepts properly followed through) than DLIADT, which is more technically and commercially oriented, with less attention paid to fully working through ideas and concepts. Standard-wise: DIT is tops but DLIADT is good, too.
