Netsource domain setup problems

Basicly I contacted netsource and got http://www.blisteringpeanut.com registered as my domain name as part of their radsl package. On a spare computer with very decent specs I was able to setup a very powerful web server called Abyssws web server and a ftp daemon called Guild FTP .

I have three PCs connected to a network hub and my Prestige 645R-A1 router is plugged into the last space. It is setup to route ports 21 and 80 (ftp and http) to the IP of my server computer. Now my problem is; none of the PCs on the LAN can access www.blisteringpeanut.com which is very annoying when testing websites etc. When I go to that address on any of the PCs it just opens up the router configuration webpage, the same one as when I go to 192.168.1.1 . Any ideas what I should do or how to resolve it?

Yes anyone else can access it, its only inside the LAN that can't. All they see is the router configuration screen

Do a search in the routers manual for DMZ zone.

Instead of putting in www.blisteringpeanut.com, put in http://server or whatever your servers name is, if that doesnt work, put in the IP

    C:\>ping clarity.jolt.co.uk

Pinging clarity.jolt.co.uk [195.149.21.11] with 32 bytes of data:

    Reply from 195.149.21.11: bytes=32 time=210ms TTL=57
    Reply from 195.149.21.11: bytes=32 time=160ms TTL=57
    Reply from 195.149.21.11: bytes=32 time=210ms TTL=57

ah ****, plz ignore that ping :D Every time I see the word 'netsource', I get the urge

I did a search for DMZ in the manual and I found it under NAT; Network Address Translation. I am using SUA since I only have 1 WAN IP and it is configured to forward port 21 and 80 to 192.168.1.35 (server). What else do I need to do here. The manual isnt a great help either

I think this is due to the fact that the router is only routing external ips to your server. When you try to access the site from an internal pc, the router sees this, and presents the config screen. The solution, I think, would be to go into your routers config, and change the port it listens on for admin, e.g. change it to 81. On my 650H, you can do this through the webadmin, under Advanced Settings - Remote Management, or via the telnet interface.

Yes that would work but I failed to find any options to change 192.168.1.1:80 to 192.168.1.1:81 or any other port
