I never watch a movie in the cinema more than once. Always wait until its out on dvd before watching it again. I will buy it if it is a great movie and then just watch it when ever i feel like it

Fight Club, about 3 times I think. Mostly because I kept dragging people to go see it, they wouldn't go on their own. It's the kind of film that has so much detail that you notice something new every time.

I wouldn't go see something like Episode II that many times. It's "alright" the first time round, I doubt I'd enjoy it more the next 4 times :p There haven't been any re-view worthy films lately. I'll just wait till they're on DVD.

Many moons ago I won a cinema pass. I could go see anything I wanted, as many times as I wanted, for free. Best 4 cinema months of my life :)
I saw Jackie Brown and Big Lebowski (the better films out at the time, especially Big Lebowski) about 5 times each.

I'm getting old. Every time somebody says Star Wars episode 2 I think Empire Strikes back because thats all there used to be. Anyway goes without saying an old codger like me has seen Star Wars - A New Hope more times in the cinema than was good for him.

    Jurassic Park - 7 times.

I was young when it came out and ended up seeing it with the family and then again with two of my friends. Then i saw it 5 more times at a variety of birthday parties, with football and with a summer camp. I was well sick of it by then.

Um, Saving Private Ryan I think, 3 times, I got dragged along to it the second and third time by friends who wanted to see it, generally I never go to the cinema to see anything more than once.

I did watch Donnie Darko 3 times in a row the night I got it though, third time with the cast commentary (which wasn't very good), it's probably the only film I've ever felt compelled to watch again within 6 months of seeing firstly.

The only thing I've ever seen more than once in the cinema is......Batman and Robin  :o:o

Went with friends the first time and was pretty much dragged kicking and screaming the second time by a different group. What sorta ****e must have been playing that I didn't go see something else.........

The Matrix about six times, because I ended up dragging different groups to go and see it (or being dragged with different groups). Can't say I got bored of it really :)

Been to see Reloaded three times, once in Los Angeles when it came out, once with my housemate and a friend here in the UK, once in Dublin with some of the lads.

Gladiator is another one I went to see several times with different groups - and about three times with the same group, because it rocked on a big screen.

I saw American Beauty three times with different people I think.

If you treat trips to the cinema as part of a group social outing on a regular basis, like I do, then you end up seeing certain things over and over again, I find....

Saving Private Ryan is the only film I've been to see twice in the cinema.

I dragged a Speilberg hating mate to it the second time suffesed in an evangelical fervour.

He still thought it was pants, the prick.

matrix - 6 times; once when I didnt know what it was (By some miracle I hadnt caught any reviews or ads), the second time because it blew me away the first time and the other four because I was working in a cinema at the time.

Phone Booth - 4 times. 4 different groups. Oh well *shrug* it held me until the fourth time in roughly 3 weeks... then to be honest I got rather restless.
