    what that means is you have connect through firewall enabled...
    to change you goto file => options => connections => proxy/firewall

    dropdown box - select none.

    replying out of pure and utter boredom as work not giving me work to do lol - gotta feel as if im doing something computery for being paid [and well tis it helpdesk job - just never specified who i should be helping]
