Playstation Network - 2 Step Verification Issues - help

    Hi, I recently changed my mobile number and didn't realise my 2 Step Verification was still linked to the old one!


    I have tried to contact the PS 24/7 chat, but to no avail, just says ''can not connect you to agent, try again later''.


    I tried to call the number but again it says support is closed (even though it says open 10-30am - 19.30pm).


    How to do resolves this issues? I can not purchase any games or sign in to the PS network on my ps5.

    Is there a way to resolve this issue?

    Any help welcome!
