It's basically just an elaborate slideshow. I don't know of any software that will automatically generate this kind of slideshow although, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that there could be a program that achieves similar results.

You could use anything from powerpoint to after effects to make a slideshow. It depends on how much money and time you want to spend on doing it.

I appreciate that it could be produced in Premier etc, but I am hoping it was produced in a dedicated slide show program and someone will recognise the effects ....
