its a different workout every time. weights mon , wed and fri and bodyweight workout tue and thursday.

was mulling over this for a while and just decided to give it a go.

I'm on week 3 myself, Not easy but it is a very good programme. I was sceptical at first weather to buy or not, but it is very good.
Easy to follow and its well put together. Go for it!!

    hello,

wondering if anyone is currently going through this programme. I just finished week 1 and it would be good to know if someone was at a similare stage or even someone that has completed it.

i found the first week tough but i haven't been doing any strength training for quite a long time so it was always going to be tough.

i love the exercises. so much more interesting than repetitive sets of weights.

looking forward to week 2, hopefully there are less embarassing exercises than the spiderman crawl which raised a few eyebrows in the gym.

Im currently on week 7, moving on to 8 week challenge next week! I love the programme, getting great results especially after week 4, you will be surprised! I cant say it gets much easier, but I did find wk one very tough, I think once I started seeing results the motivation pushed me on. Some exercises do draw some looks! But trust me when you see the results you won't care because you will pass out everybody else in the gym :)

    thanks for the replies.

Workout 3 in week 1 pulled the arms out of me (no weights or strength training done for quite some time). i've had to take a few extra days off. I think i will go back to the start of week 1 rather than progressing to weeks 2.

are/did you following the diet part? i don't have that part of the programme and wouldn't be the best at following meal plans etc. however i have started a clean diet, no junk, no beer.

supplements - don't want to get into a which one is the best discussion but is whey protein mixed with the clean diet going to do the trick from your experience?

For anyone interested there is an Athlean x Iphone app out at the moment for free, Its the 6pack promise and has video's and diet plans on it. The app is pretty handy in the gym if your looking for some different/weighted core exercises to do.

    Hey

Keen to do this programme, trying to buy online but having difficulties, has anyone else had problems? It's nothing to do with the card / billing address.

    Thanks

i'm no expert and so open to contradicton but my advice would be to finish the full set of reps in each set of every exercise even if this means reducing the weight sligthly for set 3 of an exercise where you really struggled on set 2. better to do the full 10/12 at a lighter weight than stop at 5/6 reps on the 3rd set with the heavy weight. works for me.
