Grades in CIT - a question

Hi, I'm doing a H.Dip in CIT at the moment, having done my degree in UCC Just wondering if the grades are the same (1st for 70%+ then a 2.1, 2.2 and so on) or is it different there?

There all the same, come from HETAC I think, its to provide uniformity across all colleges i think
