    Hi,
I have a Philips 42" tv Model no 42PFL3604/12. The screen is zoomed in too much. For example when watching a movie and the credits or title come up, parts of the text are missing/truncated. Anyone have any idea how to fix it? I've tried using the remote but it doesn't work.

    Thanks

Therell be a button on the remote to put it in widescreen, smart, zoom etc; make sure its in widescreen.

    Have you UPC digital?

If so, have you matched the settings on the UPC remote for the digibox to match those of your TV? - e.g. widescreen, etc.

How do you match the settings on the UPC remote for the digibox to those of your TV?
