    Heya guys,
I was wondering if i could get some diet and exercise advice of the lovely people here =). My diet and exercise plans are gone really crazy right now because im honestly not sure what to be doing and what to be eating. I need this information to loose those final 4lbs and to maintain that weight too.
First off i will give you some stats
    Age:20
Occupation:3rd year science student/work two days a week at dominoes pizza.
    Weight:9stone 10-11lbs, roughly a size 10
Eating history: Some of you may of been familar with me a year ago or so, i was the girl who ate 200 cals a day, upped them, gained a CRAP load of weight im talking going from 9stone to 12stone here!! Then my metabolism caught up and it gradually went down and just became a matter of eating less exercising more. I am also a lacto-vegetarian, although i do make an exception and eat qourn for the protein.

Activity levels: i have around a 40 min walk to/from my bus stop every morning 5 days a week ,and when i am in work i always try and walk at least one way for relaxtion, so that would be 30 mins. I do karate which is rather gentle exercise around 1-2 times a week.
Now this is where i need your advice, i work out monday -do 30 mins gym , followed by aerobics
Tuesday-I do 40 mins on dancing game for the wii and burn off around 500, i also do free weights, also have archery
    Wednesday-Its aerobics followed by karate
Thur i take a day off-I usually do nothing these days, although sometimes i may go for a walk for an hour or so.Sometimes i may go to archery
Friday-Gym ,30 mins weights followed 45 mins cardio
Saturday-Emmm....750 cals burned off in the gym-karate, work
    Sunday-rest day and work

My calories for those days are as follows
    Monday,Tue,Wed-1300
    Thur- 1200
    Friday- <1000
    Saturday- 1600+
    Sunday-<1000

So i was wondering are the days where i restrict bad, an am i burning off to many calories?

It's next to impossible for people who don't know you to tell you how many calories you need to eat. All I can suggest is that you listen to your body, and if you are hungry, EAT. Most weight problems come from ignoring our bodies signals, and either eating when we are already full, or under-eating when we are hungry.

Do make a point of trying to eat the best quality food you can manage. Go for fresh, unprocessed whole food, not stuff from packets and boxes.

If you only have 4 lbs to lose it'll probably come off slowly, so don't get frustrated.

Your calories seem very low to me. How about forgetting the calories for a couple of weeks and just trying to have three healthy meals and two snacks every day, and plenty of water? Then see how you're getting on.

You could start a food diary, I find mine very helpful. Usually it stops me reaching for that extra biscuit or persuades me to buy a banana instead of a muffin, because I know I'll have to post it up here later.

What would your typical day be like, food-wise?

It sounds to me as if you are eating way too little. I am very sedimentary and manage to eat up to 2000 calories most days without putting on any weight.
