Congrats Adrian. Thats a great achievement over one month. I dont have any advice on supplements but whatever you are doing seems to be working!!

Have you made many changes to your diet also?

I am a gym goer, not a fitness coach or expert but go see one.

Anyway, hit the weights they helped me and swimming and cycling as well, found it better than running, then when I lost some excess weight I started running as well.

Yes I have I eat much more fruit and porridge in the mornings etc. I am a killer for the orange juice but I suppose its better then the 7up's cokes etc.

I am 6ft 2ins so I suppose little lucky that I can carry a little weight I hope too get under 16st and then be happy.

Just one quick question what is the ideal body fat % that a person should have? I know they say 10% for a Six pack etc but what should be at least considered a good body fat %??

unfortunately you can't spot redude fat, so getting rid of it around you belly really relies on just getting a low body fat percentage.

as per your question about bodyfat %, i think for a guy healthy is in the range of 12% to 18%.

as far as supplementation goes, if i was you i would first look at what you are eating at the moment and see what you can change there, read the stickies on diet.

you need to be calorie deficient to lose weight, i.e. taking in less calories per day than you use.

if you are doing some decent compound weights than you will be increasing your resting metabolism, meaning to need more calories per day.
combining this with eating less calories per day (this means eating better foods more than eating less food) leads to fat loss. eat more protein also.
