    How can I put this onto my PS2 memory card? Is there any homebrew software that I can use to copy it onto the MC from a burned cd? Booting the software is not a problem because I have a ModChip.

    Also: Does anyone know where I can get the max drive software adn memory key or just d/l the software from the net?

    If you have a mod chip you can use the bin and cue version, just get that burn it and insert into ps2, use whatever GUI you have for your modchip to copy it over.
