We're set up to force them to take long shots but that's what can happen.

That Doue goal was something else.

I don't think we can change anything, we just have to try and absorb and hit on the break. When we do get possession though we need to get the balance riggt between panicking and getting it away/getting it controlled and pick the right passes.

It's going to be a long 2nd half.

Doue could be a special player and obviously after seing a goal like that he believes in his own ability and now we seem more worried about the long distance shots.

It's all about discipline and keeping shape. Considering the Rodgers goal and the fact that we aren't behind despite a wonder goal and all their pressure so far you gotta be happy, lets just hope they can keep it up.

Emi is a great Panto Villain… also it is 4am here and I am completely frazzled

Cash looking a bit suspect and has a yellow I’d be inclined to make a change

Disasi for Cash and Asensio for Ramsey is the only changes I'd make.

Yeah Cash is off, Emery is proactive and knows he is a liability on a card here. Asensio will come but later

Amazing what you can do with unlimited funds. Watching this makes me annoyed about FFP. I understand why it's in place but it's also hindering teams making progress.

But can they do it on a wet, cold night in Birmingham….

Almost feel like Watkins should start the home leg just to harass their defence.

That late PSG goal is a gut punch. I wouldn't say we are 100% out but I feel it has put us in Real Madrid territory.

alas couldnt hold on, that was an uncomfortable loss but a totally deserved result for psg, could have been worse. Need an early goal next week but psg are best side in the comp

They think they're through. Let's teach them a lesson at Villa Park.

I think we’re going to struggle to beat them over 90 minutes by 3 clear goals but we could win two nil and get them to extra time and penalties. The important thing is not to concede.

You look back at some games you lose and think, "we could have done this, should have done that", but I don't think there's much different we could have done last night, they are a level above where we are at the moment.

Wouldn't we win on account of the away goal or is that a thing of the past?
