      How many Germans are there at the top of the ladder on Easy mode in COD final level, I fell off the bleedin' ladder last night and hadn't the heart to try it again....

      It's been such a long long time since a played the Single Player mode BolBill I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to help you there... :(
