    Yes, BUT, if anything happens in that 13 weeks, you would not be covered and possibly not covered for that specific issue for 2 years.

    However, if you are healthy, you may find such risk is very low.

    The main difference in many plans at the lower end is whether you prefer a private room or semi private room. If you are happy sharing a room, go for a basic plan
