Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I bought a double end / floor to ceiling bag. I have set suspended between a pull up bar and kettle bell but have a couple of questions. - should the bag be at head height or lower? - how much travel should the bag have? - should the bag be at head height or lower?
- how much travel should the bag have? I have seen it set up where its quite taut and the bag doesn't move too much and loose where it moves a couple of geet off the centre line.
