So i just failed twice in 4 modules out of the total of 10

Is it over for me now? i failed in the re-sit exams(meaning the second time). Does one get to repeat these particular modules one has failed in or do i have to pay the whole fees and start the whole degree from scratch. It's a one-year higher diploma and i don't particularly mind a bad GPA. Just wanna get this over with at…
