Entire estate low pressure

    Hi,

My entire estate seems to go through periods of low pressure, so much so that our tanks can't fill. The mains pressure isn't high enough to fill the tanks in the attic. When this happens we need to not use what water we do have because if the tanks empty, this causes huge airlock issues. Basically, if the water pressure is low, we might as well be without water.

All surrounding and nearby estates have no issues with this.

The estate is relatively new, it has me thinking that we aren't getting the full flow of the mains water or that it is being throttled in some way.

How would we go about getting this rectified?
