    I have sent 2 emails to yourselves through your website about closing my account and I have failed to get a straight answer. 

    Can I pm someone here about how to close my account i.e. remove my name from a property I will no longer be living at

    In order to close your account, we advise that you call our billing lines as, due to data protection reasons, this can only be completed over the phone.

    It only takes five minutes to update the account, and we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.

    Unfortunately, due to data protection legislation, we are unable to take information to close accounts over online channels or through our website.

    However, you may close your account by letter.

    If you could find time to receive a call, we can try to arrange a callback from a member of our team in order to close your account at a time that suits you between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

    If you would like to avail of this option, please send a PM with the following details and we can assist you further:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number; and
    - Confirm if you are the account number.
