I dealt with USIT a couple of years ago when I applied for a J1 visa. Their website says that they're a registered travel agency however they deal with visas and my understanding is that in order to deal with the administration of visas one needs to be a registered immigration agent. So why aren't they registered as immigration agents? Is there some grey area that they're operating in?
