Water bill overdue

    Hi,

    Two issues.

    Firstly, I receive two text messages telling me I'm overdue for my water bills which I have never receive. I remember I tried to register, but keep receiving wrong letters either on my name or other details, so I didn't register using the wrong information.

    Secondly, now I moved and don't know how to register and cancel the previous account.

    Could you advise what am I suppose to do?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    As you have moved out of your property, we would recommend you call us on 1890 448 448 in order to update your details and ensure accurate billing.

    Our lines are open from 8am until 8pm , Monday to Friday and from 9am until 5.30pm on Saturdays.

    Alternatively, if you provide the following details by PM:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number.

    We can request for a member of our team to contact you.
