AFAIK the only English language channels available on other satellite positions tend to be news channels.
The device you linked to is known as a DISEQC switch which automatically changes to other LNBs when you change channels. These can be on the same or another dish. If you have 2 feeds for recording you will need 2 switches. Quad LNBs would need 4 and so on. The beauty of this is that you can watch/record different satellite positions at the same time. Using a motorised dish means the whole house can only watch whatever satellite the dish is pointing to in that particular moment.

EDIT: BADR4 used to have kids/movies FTA in English at 26° but needs a large dish as it is very weak here.
