QUICKE LOADER PROBLEM

    Hi I have a problem with my QUICKE loader recently using a silage grab. When I tilt the grab outwards it is under pressure and also when I am closing the grab. Then 1/5 times it will do everything perfect and another time it might not work at all. I have rewired the joystick also put a new control valve in thinking it was that. I have also swapped the pipes thinking it was pressure but no still the same and also disconnected the silage grab and still when I tilt it out it is still under pressure anyone help.

    Broken spring in the diverter valve.

    are there normal half inch hyd couplings(same as on a tipping trailer) at the side of the cab where the loader meets the brackets? If so the spring behind the nipple in one half or the other is quite possibly gone. Has happened me twice, both times whilst stacking bales :( was the female side of the coupling both times aswell

    Used to happen our old loader if 3rd service wasn't used in a while. The pin would get stuck in valves for third service.
    Take it apart and put it back to get her. Good as new

    Got it sorted on the quick release couplings one of the pins went sideways. Thanks lads
