Looking for a Mini Gaming PC (Similar to a SteamBox) for €300 - €400

    What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.
    [Gaming and game recording. I have Mirillis Action! and it's a beast trying to capture games in 720p 60FPS. Intel's new processors have QuickSync so I'd like to make use of that! I also do lots of work in Photoshop and Illustrator and video editing.]

    What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?
    [Maximum budget is €400, can go as much as €30 for shipping.]

    When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
    [In the immediate future.]

    What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc)
    [I have an SSHD, Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor, CPU Cooler - I require a Motherboard, CPU (Intel i core if possible), Graphics Card (Nvidia?), RAM, Mini Case, PSU and possibly a smaller SSD for the OS. I'll also possibly need a new CPU cooler if my current one doesn't fit into a mini case. I have a big tower at the moment and it's just too big for what's in it.]

    Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?
    [I live in Ireland and I'd love to get as many parts from here or from the UK. It's easier on shipping and cost.]

    If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.
    [I have a COOLER MASTER XDream i117 CPU Cooler, Logitech G300 Gaming Mouse, SEAGATE Desktop SSHD - Hybrid hard drive - 1 TB ( 8 GB Flash ) - internal - 3.5 - SATA-600 - buffer: 64 MB, LG HD 1080p Monitor, Generic Keyboard.]

    Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?
    [Probably not.]

    Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)
    [Possibly an SSD for the OS, since I can put everything else on my SSHD. Also, anything that would be good for game recording. Nvidia Shadowplay requires a NV Graphics Card, QuickSync needs an Intel CPU etc.]

    Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?
    [I'd like a Mini Gaming Case VERY similar to SteamBoxes (Unless you can give me a reason otherwise!). It'd be nice to have lots of room on my desk with just a small console sized PC.]

    Do you need a copy of Windows 7 or 8.1 included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference for one or the other?
