    Hi All,

I am looking at buying a license for Windows7 Professional only (I have the media).

    Where is best to buy?

    Cheers

just remember windows OEM licence is non-transferable, and can't be used on a computer that already has had a copy of windows on it.

the official path is to buy a non-oem business version of windows that allows downgrade rights
