I'm considering taking an online gaming company (video games not gambling) to court over a breach in the EULA and Terms of use

I'm just wondering what's the procedure as the company is registered in Cyprus but it's offices are in Paris.

Would I be right to assume that they wouldn't show for the small claims court ? The claim would be for sub 500 quid and for them to represent themselves they'd have to hire a local solicitor to represent them ?

I'd like to give more information about the actual claim itself because online licenses to use virtual goods is a new and growing area in law and a lot of people maybe interested but it could be against the forum charter
