Was tempted by a similar one a months weeks ago but this seems like a much better deal at 28 delivered.

I opened the box (which had a little dent in the side) and was mediately impressed by the packaging. This item costs less than the usual tablets but has much better packaging.
The device itself seems really well made, but I was a bit concerned at the lack of manual and lack of power adapter, but no bother, I have enough adapters.

It came with a little CD and there are tons of info on it with several manuals in really good English. Again this was a surprise as usually imported electronics from the far east do not have the best manuals.
Check out the two main manuals here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/uj3lc115fr01gsq/fAruQ8qTUD

Again, I noticed installation required a LAN cable, and I didn't have one to hand, but luckily I had a wifi repeater in the box that had one so sorted.

All in I had it set up in about 15mins. I am super happy with it, I cannot believe the features on this for under 30 quid. The camera claims 720p but I haven't tested it. The video looks really well though. I'll have to test it at night later. Bucket loads of features like email or alarm. I'll have to play around with them over the next few weeks. Android app came with it and it looks a little basic, but I think there are other apps you can use. Web interface is simple and grand. Plenty of configurable options there.

It can even be used as a two way monitor...

All in you really cant go wrong for the price.
    Some pics attached below.

    No, it's only a VGA camera.... 640x480 resolution ( 0.3 megapixel )

I've a very similar camera to this ( a Foscam FI8918W ) and you really need an external light outside if you want to capture any real detail.

One thing most people don't realise is that having IR (infrared LEDS) is all well and good indoors and they do the job well.
But if you try putting the camera pointing outside a window, the IR LEDS will reflect back and blind the camera, so you can't use IR LEDS to view outside a window. But if you can disable the LEDS manually, and buy a separate IR LED lamp array then you can illuminate the outside for the camera invisibly.

But 640x480 is very poor resolution and don't expect clear shots of peoples faces as they ride away with your motorbike.

Well I have it running here and I'm pretty happy with the resolution even though its rated at .3mp
    Confusion from the manual, perhaps?
The basic function of IPCAM is to provide remote video on the IP network. Real-time
video images (720P, QVGA and VGA) quality are transmitted at up to 30fps on the
LAN/WAN by using H.264/MJPEG hardware compression technique.

Either way, you cant really argue for 28. Similiar reviews here

You can use a lan cable to hard wire it, and I think your phones wifi can pick it up directly? Havent tested that.

I think this is the same camera as here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00H7THGLI/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I would much rather pay a few extra quid and buy from Amazon and not have to worry about customs. Plus you will have no warranty if you buy from Honk Kong.

OP Item has 3 months direct replacement and 1 years repair? I have in the past returned a tablet and phone to HK and China with no issues at all.

But if you want to pay almost 50% extra (bit more than a few quid) for peace of mind, I suppose go with amazon.

How long did shipping take? Did it get caught for tax?

Shipping was about 3 weeks, didn't get stopped for tax.
That makes 5 orders with Tmart and none have been stopped.

To be fair you'd want to be fairly unlucky to get stung at 6 quid over the limit of 22.
My biggest order from Tmart was about 120 before Xmas and that was grand too. all via the slowest cheapest shipping though.

Weird though, as I always get stopped for most of the others.

I got this about two years ago, picture quality is good, but dont bother pointing it out a window for night shots as the glass reflection will blur the image, used my iphone to view the feed from outside the house plus I could also use my phone to pan it left, right, up and down. The adapter cable that came with it was tiny though, you'll need some sort of extension connected to it if you plan on having it up on a wall.

    I bought the following: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B006P7N2UC/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It allows you to set up forward porting so you can view/move the camera from anywhere in the World. Also there is a free app for iphone/ipad/android to connect to camera as well outside. You do have to pay if you want sound but very handy!!!! night vision is cleare and pic quality is great for what I want it for!!!

I would go with Big Nelly on this.. Tenvis offer the best price/features balance. They are as good as Foscam... better in some ways, and cost nearly as little as the Chinese no-name cams.
