Paying Employer PAYE on ROS

    Hi all,

I set up as a limited company in October and am trying to fill my first quarterly Employer PAYE/Income Tax return on ROS. I am registered for PREM (Employer PAYE/PRSI) which I think is correct, but can't find an option anywhere to submit a P30 return.

The only option I can see related to PAYE is "Create a Payslip" which looks for payment of 2013 IT plus a minimum of 90% IT liability for the next year, which I don't think I have to do.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

    Many thanks

You select "complete a form online" -> PAYE-EMP -> P30 -> brings up new screen. Then you select the relevant period and fill in figures.

Thanks - this is exactly where I would have expected the option to file a P30 return to be, but no sign of it. Strange.

I'll e-mail the ROS Helpdesk and see what they say. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't looking in completely the wrong place. Thanks.

Just in case anyone is looking up this issue in the future, it takes 72 hours from when a tax head appears as active on your registrations page in ROS to when it becomes available to submit a return, according the the ROS Help Desk.
