 Past two orders have been sent in separate lots - that's two Parcel Motel fees I suppose. Won't know 'till next month. Getting annoyed.

This happened me with an Ebay shop. Added 5 items and paid in one transaction and came up as 2 seperate orders (4 items and 1 items) so I contacted the seller immediately 10pm an dnext morning and they still sent them seperately. Considering leaving negative feedback but then I expect he will do likewise with me.

If yo uare using parcelmotel I'm assuming you ordered from marketplace sellers?

I'm on Amazon.uk. Think there is an option to group orders together. ? I see the first item was processed at 1.10 am and the second around 3.30 am.so no need to split them.
Anyone see the Panorama programme this week ? Amazon take on temporary workers and work them to death ( almost ). Will be more vigilant next time.

;) Only if you spend over £25. I'm willing to spend 3.50 to avoid having to wait for the postman.

There's usually options to buy items (like books) from "Amazon" or from other sites through Amazon (eg "Books4you"). It's only if ya buy through Amazon you get them combined usually.

There is an option to group orders into as few deliveries. It is the default i think. But how few orders depends on the items themselves.
The fact that there is a large gap in time between the two items being processed probably means they were processed in different fulfillment centers hence the two separate deliveries.
I dont think there is a lot you can do about it.

Sellers cant leave negative feedback on ebay.
