    whats the best way to set up a limited company is it to early to set up before i have a location for a bar business?if i register with the CRO will i have to pay any tax if im not operating yet?? any info is appreciated thanks

    Why waste the money registering it etc when you are not ready to launch. Registration only takes two to three weeks and you can operate alongside it so I would worry about your location and suppliers etc first and get the business ready.

    hi,

    you can set up your company but please make sure your ARD is on time including the first 6month one.

    you only pay tax on profits so if the company is not trading well there isn't profit. however you could be building a directors loan account.

    you need to talk to a professional in this matter.
