Active Directory and Outlook Lists

    Hi

I'm just wondering if someone could help with what I think should be a simple problem. I've been put in control of our IT side of things for the short-term, but I've never really used Active Directory.

We are running SQL Server 2003.

Problem 1: When I add people to the active directory, I need them to be added to the global outlook address book also but for some reason this is not happening. It is creating their outlook email address though.

Problem 2: I need to add a specific individual to a mail list - while I have found this mail list group name in the active directory, it seems to be configured to add a specific group - is there any way to add specific individuals to this also?

    Cheers
