Howdy folks just looking some info on the Iec visa.
Sent all the forms to london on the 29th of march and got my confirmation email yesterday that they were received on the 04/04, was just wondering if anyone out there has applied with any sort of conviction(i have one for cultivation of cannabis and simple possesison NOT sale/supply, got probation)just wondering if any one with a conviction(for anything) got their visa (or what other documents were required e.g. court documents etc) and if I'm turned down what the chances are of getting stopped if I travelled anyway?

Failing that I'd be going to OZ but would the conviction prevent me from obtaining a visa over there, any info would be greatly appreciated, cheers.

    Hey there,

    This might help you:

Canada is very strict on convictions.. I'm not sure what the case would be for yours.
