Cant access safe mode

    Hi, I've been having some problems with a laptop freezing shortly after booting up. I suspect it maybe be something to do with one of the start up programs. I dont have enough time to change start up in regular boot mode. So I've tried to make the changes in Safe mode. However every time I try to enter safe mode. Its goes trhu the standard boot sequance. Then a blue screen flashes up to quick for me to read and the laptop restarts itself. Any help would be very fantastic

    EDIT - you can find safe mode yeah... but you still get blue screen...

    try to do a system restore.. if this fails reinstall windows..
