    Hi,

I would like some advice about my website.

I have seen an american .com website with a name exactly the same as my .ie website, bar one letter. For example; one would say 'talkboards.com' and the other would say 'talkboard.ie'.

Where do I stand with something like this? We both are doing the same thing online.

I don't wish to begin legal action or anything like that, but am just afraid in case they want to come after me!

Is it fine to go along as we are as one of us is a .com and the other is a .ie?

    Really? :)

Even though I can see theirs quite easily when I type it into google?
Surely they can see mine too?

I'd be more than delighted if there was no legal recourse! :D:D
