Glow Worm Flexicom 30sx Filling Loop

Hi all. Pressure on my condensor boiler has dropped to 0.3 bar and the recommended remedy is to manually refill by connecting the filling loop. I've looked at all the documentation, searched the Glow Worm site and seached online - but I can't find any reference on how to do this. Any suggestions (preferaby ones that don't involve calling out a plumber - unless it's absolutely necessary)?

    Thanks.

see the boiler probably is not hooked up to mains water supply, he might have it fed from the small tank in the attic or he did fill the system from the mains but than disconnected it because he didnt have a pressure reducing valve which would be needed.
If you dont really know what the problem is your better off not trying to tackle it yourself as you could make things worse!!

If you check your hotpress there could be a silver flexi hose with a little black lever on it....If so open it up for 30 seconds or so and go check the pressure than, or it could even be on a half inch copper pipe with a non return valve on it in the hotpress

Sometimes on the SX models if you reset the boiler it works away no problem.
There a small reset button under the mode button.

Your boiler still needs to be topped up ,but it might be just a bit of air thats showing the fault.

Tried resetting - but still have the same problem frown.gif

Any more suggestions before I have to shell out for a plumber?

Search previous threads about repressurising heating systems , the filling valve is either in the hotpress , in the attic or at the boiler , there are dozens of threads explaining where to find it and how to go about filling it
