    Hi there
hopefully someone can help me with this.

i am due to start ppc2 very soon and am in the process of sorting fees etc. my hope is to pay through my office, as i know they can write off a portion of the fees. can someone explain to me exactly how this works? i think they can write off 42% or something? so if i pay my office the 58%, the firm gives me a check for the full amount, they can subsequentally write off that 42%, therefore paying nothing themselves? is that right?

looking to get this sorted today/tomorrow if possible so any information would be great , thanks

    k

Your firm can put your fees down as a business expense so it reduces the amount of profit they would be deemed to make and therefore reduces the amount of tax to be paid. They would need to pay the fees in full to the Law Society.
