How to Read a Tephigram?

Hi, I'm a private pilot and want to know more about meteorology... In particular, I want to know how to interpret a Tephigram as it can indicate cloud heights, fog, freezing level and convectivity. Would anyone have any good links? Thanks a mil in advance!
