A cheap Cateye one should do the trick- eg. http://cyclesuperstore.ie/shop/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=98&idproduct=6858

Any bike shop should have a selection in stock

Are you looking for any functions in particular, other than speed/ distance/ time.. ?

In a general sense a computer can help with training but you woiuld want to come up with a training plan to go with it.
In this case you would need something like the Cateye Strata cadence version. This adds a cadence (pedal rotations) sensor which is handy for training.

Not bad, Don't really know how to make a training program but I reakon I should be able to push myself a bit more if I can tell what I'm doing instead of just using how I feel. thanks guys
