I have no life at the minute. My day is basically wake up, go to work, come home, sleep. I have no energy anymore to go out so always stay in on my own.

My best friend, who i was in love with and you will notice that from previous posts, is now out of my life as people said it was the best thing to do in order for me to move on. But i just can't get her out of my head no matter how hard i try. She is constantly on my mind. I would do anything for her.

But i know i have to forget about her but i just can't and its getting me down so much. I can't help it at all

this whole no energy business has got to stop for a start!! make sure you sleep and eat well, and after work, force yourself to go out and do things.
i don't know what age you are or whereabouts your living but you need to take up some hobbies, as cliche as it sounds.

whatever you're interested in..sports, book clubs, photography, voluntary work.. preferably something that's got a good mix of men and women. even look up some meetup.com groups near you.

it will take w while before you stop thinking of that girl everyday, but you will think of her less as time passes. the best way to forget about someone is to start spending time with others [romatically or platonically] but having no activities to do, you are just leaving yourself with nothing to take your mind off her. good luck!
