Anyone know where I can find a "Declaration of own work" page on DIT website - ye need to be flamin google for this website

I've always used:

I hereby certify that this material, which I now submit for assessment 
as a continuous assessment project in [SUBJECT NAME] 
on the course DT[COURSECODE], is entirely my own work 
and has not been submitted in whole or in part for assessment 
for any academic purpose other than in fulfilment for that stated above.

Thats for continous assessments anyway. Found it in a style guide on the lecturers scratch drive.
